I'll have to say Valve after playing Portal and Portal 2. I am GLaD to see that Valve currently has 100% approval. Sony would probably be 2nd because I owned a PS1.
@Knuckles - Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy SEGA while it was a first party. My only consoles for quite a while were a GBC and a GBA SP. Wii was my first home (though GC tried its best to claim that title).
Easily Valve after playing the Portal series, the Half-Life series (not finished with HL 2) and Team Fortress 2.
@TrueHero Benefits of growning up on the Genesis
1. Sonic becomes your favorite series
2. You learn how to enjoy video games for the fun they are, not achievements, fighting for 1st on the leaderboards, trying to prove your skill, not because you like the game.
3. Developers truely pushed hardware to the absolute limit.
4. Some simplicty never hurt.
