I'm warming up to it, I've played the others to death, but city folk was disappointing. This however, is looking promising at the moment.

If I get a $20 eShop, card I'll be about $2 short from getting Animal Crossing and Oracles of Ages and Seasons in one pop. Mad

I've been wanting this game ever since they first announced it............and yet I still have't decided what to name my town, but anything with my name in it sounds like a good town name.

So I know now that the town name still has an 8 Character limit. Dinkelburg won't work. -.-"

@Clayton - That's harsh. Dinkelburg would have been great. Sad
I know my brother is naming his town, "Town." It's simple yet elegant. Bold, yet understated.

Cap'n: So where ye be goin'?
Me: Home.

Maybe my town name can be Eman On. It's a puzzle because it's actually 'No Name' spelled backwards. And you all know I like puzzles. :3

Earlier today, I came up with my town name. And, if you know me, it should be rather obvious.

My town name will be.... Skyworld.
And, my brother said his town name is gonna be Hylia, but he's fairly wishy-washy when it comes to stuff like this, if ya know what I mean...

@Happy_Mask - Then you could be the Happy Mad Masked King Mayor. It's a bit of a mouthful and seemingly contradictory, but it would be a cool title.

I still don't know what to name my town, but since it's only an 8 character limit, maybe i'll name my town Flipnote, since well..............Flipnote Hatena shut down Crying or Very sad

But on the topic of Animal Crossing, yesterday, I was at Target, and I checked out the demo 3DS XL kiosk's streetpass tags, and found out that somebody had played the game, despite it not being released yet, and no, it's not the DS game, I checked, it said Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

Oh my god, for some reason I'm incredibly happy for this option.
In any other Animal Crossing game, you would've taken what you got and been forced to go on your merry little way - but in New Leaf, you're given the option to tell Rover he's got the wrong map - as many times as you like - which functionally lets you choose the town you want to move in to
@Dash I figured that out from a talk with Jon Walhgren, and it's been one of my mainly anticipated features! Razz Also, if you consider any new items or collectables to be spoilers, don't read on.

Minor Spoilers (?)~

I cannot wait to have my new Babana trees in my town, right next to my other fruit. Very Happy

End teh Possible Spoilers (?)~
