Is this Leaching on Puzzle Swap?

As most of you know, my original Cosmo Black 3DS was stolen back in April and I had all of the Blue pieces to every puzzle released up to that point. Then my 3DS was stolen with KI:U and had to restart from 0% on almost everything.

That included Puzzle Swap. Everyone in my town leached off of me, and now I'm leaching off of them and it doesn't feel right, with me not being able to repay them with new pieces. But those were my pieces in the first place! I should have every right to retake my pieces or not?

How is that leeching? It's not like your taking their piece when you do so. Sure, they may be a little miffed that they aren't getting any pieces from you, but it's not like it's your fault. I still Streetpass with my bros/friends when I don't have any pieces for them and vise versa. If they've got a problem with it, then that's pretty petty of them.

I never said I wasn't going to streetpass them or vice versa. I was asking if any of you thought I this was leaching, even if they were all mostly mine in the first place.

If that is the case, I'd say they were returning the favor and helping you get back on your Puzzle Swap feet. There's nothing wrong with it in my eyes.

@Ideal Thats how I feel now, but occasionally when I'm in the plaza and looking at my streetpasses, I feel a bit bad. Oh well, at least 2 new pieces a day, and I'll be back on my feet in no time.

And I know see that in my topic post the "not being able to give new pieces is worded wrong". I meant that I feel bad for the person who passes me and doesn't get a new piece. I hate it when that happens, and spent hundreds of play coins to almost always guarantee that wouldn't happen when people streetpass me. Oh well, give me a few months and I'll be back on my feet.

And the only reason I feel sorry for the people was that I was the main source for the puzzle pieces in my town. You might forget that when you start out you only get 1-2 panels. I enjoyed being the guy who was able to "unlock" the puzzles for anyone I streetpassed who didn't have a particular puzzle. And then some people wonder what happened to "Knuckles" with the pieces. I use the same Mii and Hat(Regal Crown, to lend the ruler of my neighboring country a hand in their time of need. ) as before, and some of them don't grasp what happened, or who I am. I'll just be the "fists guy" to some kids who I regularly streetpasses them, and I do a good job of hiding who "Knuckles" is. I've had to tell someone I knew for a few months who I was after I knew who they were, and they couldn't tell it was me! Just look at the time stamp everyday!

And that's whats on my mind.

Ah, I see it a little better now. You're talking about Street Passing people who don't know you. I was under the impression that you were purposely Street Passing a group of friends. In that case, it would be a little more difficult because they wouldn't understand why the "fist guy" suddenly ran out of pieces. My position is still the same, but I have a better idea of where you're coming from now. Don't worry, you'll return to your former Puzzle Swap glory and show them all just how many puzzle pieces the "fist guy" can get.  

Yeah, I do streetpass a group of friends who know the story behind what happened, they are my main source of puzzle piece income, but the younger kids don't really know anything. They know after a 1 month break the "fists" guy made a return at Lv. 1 in Find Mii instead of being his old Lv.7 self, and suddenly lost all of his pieces.
I really did enjoy helping them in Puzzle Swap.
