Fire_Mario, right click on the image in my message, copy the image URL, then paste it in the 3rd option on the avatar settings page, Link to an off-site image/avatar.

Thanks, I learned it all from my dad. He did Fine Arts in college. He now works as a graphics artist for advertisements.
